[vtkusers] ellipsoid drawing in volume data

hi,
I am new to VTK, and I follow the VolumeRendering example: SimpleRayCast.py
to render my data, it works well.
The current problem I want to draw some ellipse in the volume to highlight
some area. I search a lot,but still have no idea.
I appreciate your help. Thanks!
