[vtkusers] GUI for adjusting volume renderer properties

I know that it doesn't use VTK. But the volume editor in OpenQVis
is very nice. It allows interactive drawing of transfer functions
with live volume rendering feedback. The code seems fairly modular
and interface stuff was written using QtDesigner. The source code
is available from sourceforge, but unfortunately the screenshots
have gone. You can still get some idea of the interface from
Christof Rezk-Salama's 2002 PhD thesis.
