[vtkusers] surface plot/ wire frame plot

What's the meaning of visualizing both? At the same time?
If not, this function has been built in vtkRenderWindowInteractor.
You just need to press key 'w' to show wireframe and press key 's' to
show surface.

   I want to visualize both surface plot and wireframe
plot of any polyhedral object (say, vtkSphereSource).
