current volume rendering pipeline
vtkVolume16Reader->vtkPiecewiseFunction->vtkColorTransferFunction->vtkVolumeRayCastCompositeFunction->vtkVolumeRayCastMapper->vtkVolume

but, I want a more fastest Volume Rendering method.
