Mathieu,

I have three sets: one in /usr/lib/, another in /usr/lib/tls/ and the
last in /apps/matlab6/sys/opengl/lib/glnx86/

the linking for libGL.so* for both directories is as follows:
/usr/lib/libGL.so -> libGL.so.1
/usr/lib/libGL.so.1 -> libGL.so.1.0.4363
/usr/lib/libGL.so.101.4363

and...

/usr/lib/tls/libGL.so -> libGL.so.1
/usr/lib/tls/libGL.so.1 -> libGL.so.1.0.4363
/usr/lib/tls/libGL.so.1.0.4363

and though I don't think the matlab libs are a problem, they are as
follows:
/apps/matlab6/sys/opengl/lib/glnx86/libGL.so -> libGl.so.1.2.0
/apps/matlab6/sys/opengl/lib/glnx86/libGL.so.1.2.0

Thanks for the help!
Cameron
