[vtkusers] vtkDelaunay2D problem

Hi All

I'm getting the diagnostic  

vtkDelaunay2D : Edge not recovered, polygon fill suspect

What sort of things should I look at to try and rectify this ?

Do I need to clean up my data by running thru a filter ?
