[vtkusers] VTK 4.2.6 and VTK 4.4.1 released

There are source distributions for VTK 4.2.6 and VTK 4.4.1 out now at
http://www.vtk.org/get-software.php These releases have a couple minor fixes
and now include better support for vtkFloatingPointType (float for VTK 4.2,
double for VTK 4.4 and on) which can be used to help write VTK code that can
work with both VTK 4.2 as well as later versions of VTK.
