[vtkusers] vtk tcl problem

Hi,
 
I've been trying to run tcl scripts through wish, and I get 'vtk package
not found'. I have installed vtk, and put it in path as c:\vtk40\bin,
and I'm able to compile and run cxx files. I just can't get tcl files to
run. Is there anything else I need to setup for vtk?
