[vtkusers] New vtkMFC samples

Hi,

I have made the new samples for MFC and VTK.
Maybe some of you could cross check on them...
Unfortunately, I couldn't get the double click
in the VTK window in the dialog-based app.
The Workspaces are VC++ 6.0 and .net 2003
I queued it in the vtk bug list, #649
