[vtkusers] read hugh data files

Hi

I´m new with vtk. I have hugh (10MB) data files of following content:
g COORDINATES-0
v 72.4718720 -23.8417815 -1071.7642307 62 50 42
.....
g TRIANGLES-0
f 1 2 4
I want to read this data to use it for registration purpose. There are so many types, so i don´t know which would be the approbiate one. Maybe you can make suggestion to me.
