[vtkusers] Vtk 44 and Java Beans -Not working

Hello everyone, I m working on windows and installed java Beans 3.6, but im 
not able to run any vtk files or examples, because its telling me that it does 
not find the library? how do i set up this? wen compiling VTK 44 on Cmake i 
included the paths and the VTK option (On).
