[vtkusers] URGENT: Cannot create JAVA wrappers from CVS code.

All the java files will go under <BUILD_HOME>/java/vtk

There will be whole bunch of java files. You can expect a .java file for
the equivalent .cxx file
Attached is the file will give you the configuration I used to build
vtk. But mind you I have not built anything later than 4.2.2
