Oops, didn't carfeully read your email.

So the buggy file was the other one, sorry. Try changing:

CELLS_TYPES

into

CELL_TYPES

BTW, these file format are legacy file format. Maybe try looking at the 
newest XML file format. They shouldn't seg fault as the old format.
