[vtkusers] multiple VTK windows in using FLTK

Kiran,

   The vtkFLTK library <http://vtkfltk.sourceforge.net/> contains an 
example called MorningStar that has two independent VTK rendering 
contexts. Drawing and interacting are the same as for any Fl_Gl_Window 
subclass. There should be no barrier to using vtkFLTK for an application 
possessing an arbitrary number of rendering windows in either separate 
or shared parent windows.
