[vtkusers] BandContourTerrain.tcl demo

Thanks for the suggestion!  However, when I switch back 
to the March version of Vtk 4.4, the demo works fine. 
Can someone using current CVS version try running this: 
 
/Examples/VisualizationAlgorithms/Tcl/BandContourTerrain.tcl
