[vtkusers] need help VTK

Hello 
My name is Istvan!
Now I need to use the VTK for an image View Application -Visere (see www.dmmd.net ).
I'm programming in VC++ 7 API the example in the net(www.vtk.org)  is in CXX and with CMAKE we can convert in .Net and so an..
But i'm interesting for Api example ..
I get from net VTK 4.2 and install....
If anyone have an example in VC++ API please send me or an documentation how to use the VTK in API..
