[vtkusers] Newer code anyone?

Hi,

I have been trying to run the scripts mentioned in 
http://www.crd.ge.com/~lorensen/seg12/

(Creating models from segmented images in VTK), but I get errors like 
setStartMethod not found for a Volume16Reader object. I found that these 
methods used to work in older versions of VTK (1.x). Does anyone have newer 
updated scripts as described in the link above that I could use which would 
work for VTK 4.2?
