[vtkusers] Volume16Reader -> setDataApectRatio, setStartMethod deprecated?

Hi,

I have vtk 4.2 installed, and I get an error sating cannot find 
"setDataAspectRatio" and "setStartMethod" for a Volume16Reader object. Are 
these method part of an older version of VTK? If so, what are the newer 
equivalents?
