firstly, create the makelist file, then create an empty .cxx file, consequently run Cmake to create the project. The project will be set the correct include and link dir by the Cmake, so you need to set them yourself.  Please note, if you build the VTK with share lib "ON" you should copy the .dll to the system32 dir.
