[vtkusers] vtk binary hijinks

Hi all!

I've installed vtk  on a dual processor irix sgi octane.  I originally
installed without any wrapper support, but since have decided to enable
tcl.  I got an updated makefile from cmake (by turning VTK_WRAP_TCL to ON),
and recompiled everything with g++.

The problem is the vtk binary - i'm told there should be one in the bin/
directory of the compiled vtk files... but it just isn't there.

Incidentally, the administrators tell me tcl *is* installed, and they
seem to be telling the truth, because simple tcl scripts run.

So, I have no idea where to start with this one - even if it's a real
simple little thing, I need your help.
