[vtkusers] Link error : JPEGWriter duplicate symbols in ITK + VTK

I'm using ITK 1.6 & VTK 4.2 and there seems to be a problem similar to the below
DICOMparser bug

But it involves the vtkJPEGWriter class (and some itk jpeg class).
I couldn't find this bug in the list, has it been identified yet?
