[vtkusers] vtkAMRBox.h installation?

Is there any reason why Common/vtkAMRBox.h is not installed when doing
make install?  I am attempting to build ParaView with VTK, and
vtkAMRBox.h isn't being copied to my prefix on make install.  Is there
an option in CMakeCache.txt that is preventing this or am I doing
something wrong?  This is used with both CVS versions of ParaView and
VTK.
