[vtkusers] 4.2 vs. 4.0 ??

I have developed a program using the Java wrapper that runs without error 
using vtk 4.0. I downloaded vtk 4.2 , and the newer version of vtk does not 
run the program. The stack trace says java cannot find native methods. Any 
reasons or ideas ? thanks -Gary
