[vtkusers] delnytriangulation.GetPoints Java Crash

I have had enough of these crashes. check if the point id argument that 
you are passing to GetPoints method is less than the actual number of 
points in the dataset. even then, once in 100 times, it crashes for me. I 
don't understand what exactly is going wrong.
