[vtkusers] vtkcone size over medical3

Hi

i need to create a cone over the medical3 example, but no matter how i 
adjust the cone size using set height and set radius function, i cone 
remain big.

i need to get the cone to be as small as the nostril, how can i do it? 
is it something to do witht the image size of the medical3 example? As 
far as i can see, the cone do not have a fix ratio..
