[vtkusers] VTK in Unicode

Hi all,

I did some programing on VTK 4.4.0 to make it portable
for UNICODE. Find enclosed 4 files which should do it.
I did this for MS VC++ .net 2003. I am not sure about
other studios or Borland...

Could some developers check on this. I suggest to
integrate these suggestions to make it more portable.
There is also a need to change CMake for unicode!
