[vtkusers] display disappeared

Hi,
 
I developed an application under MFC using VTK.  The program runs fine at first. But after several rotating and picking operations, the display disappear and the screen turns black. 
 
What could possiblely go wrong in my application? And how could I debug this kind of problem under VTK?
