[vtkusers] vtk dlls

Hi,
I want to know whether or not there is any Vtk class with the name :
vtkPolyData2PolyLine ? If yes, where can I find its description as it is not available in the online class list.
Also, I am not able to create the vtklocal.dll and vtktele.dll. Can anybody please tell me how it is to be done ?
