[vtkusers] compiling vtk problems with mac 10.3

Hi

Can anyone help me on compiling vtk on mac 10.3, i have never succeeded 
in building it with carbon core.

i have tried vtk version 4.2.1 to 4.2.5, all with 
carbonrenderwindowinteractor error the error is

i have sucessfully compile with cocoa core but that does not work with 
fltk which require carbon window.

Please help
