[vtkusers] Get source parameter from actors

Hi, VTKers

I have some actors rendered in the window, those actors mostly are sphere, 
elipsoild and cubes. Can I get the implicit function parameters for those 
actors just from the actor property?

for a elipsoid, after I get those parameters, I can build another elipsoid 
exactly the same as old one.

Or is there any other way to do that?
