[vtkusers] Tiff : getting tiff size without reading the whole file

Hello, is it possible to get a Tiff File Image Size without reading the
whole file ?

 

I am handling 8000x8000 sat. image file, and I just need a size check as
first step.

If I call GetFullExtents, image is integrally read and it is heavy :
180MB.
