[vtkusers] Must reset X-Server on IRIX

Hi,

I've compiled vtk as 64bit on IRIX and it works - great
trouble is, when I run an example for the second time it gives me an empty window

If I reset the X server, I can do it again ... works first time after a reset
but nevermore.

Has anyone else had this?
