[vtkusers] How to connect ITK and VTK?

HI vtkusers and everyone!
I'm a new vtkuser. I had tried to do follow your
tutorial to connect ITK and VTK. But when i write a
simple project "MyProject" to read an image throw ITK
and render by VTK, there was an error "abnormal ...",
and it don't run.
Please help me now.
