[vtkusers] Please help : Cross-platform VTK rendering

IDL buttons & what we desire to accomplish has been done by Paraview.
The catch is that Paraview uses C++ with Tcl/Tk & integrates seamlessly with VTK. IDL is a 4th Gen. language, much like Matlab & has no affinity with VTK - this is making the problem harder.

Thanks,
Anand

IIRC, Paraview already does that. I assume IDL buttons are no
different than Paraview buttons. I would suggest looking at the
paraview code.

I dont know how to free this memory (for the window, renderer, volume object, etc of a standard rendering pipeline) on closing the render window. Tried putting it in the destructor, but doesn't seem to work.
