[vtkusers] solve linear system using vtkMath::SolveLinearSystem

Hello!
i want to solve 4x4 linear system such as Ax=b.
i read the documentation of vtkMath::SolveLinearSystem(), but i did not 
understand in which argument i send the b vector.
more question: do someone know about svd solver for 4x4 matrix on vtk?
