[vtkusers] how to use dicom file in vtk?

hi all, i am a new guy in vtk, now i am going to write an
visualization application, but it is difficult to read dicom file in
vtk.
btw, i do it in windows with vs.net 2003, so i would like to use c/c++
code to implement.
