[vtkusers] Installing vtk4.2

Hanna,
I got the same error too. I changed the environment variable PATH to move
the path for vtk dlls to the first (it might not have to be the first in
PATH. I just wanted to make sure that vtk dlls will be picked up, not other
dlls). Ever since then, I have not seen that error. I am not sure if that's
the ultimate solution, but you can give it a try.
