[vtkusers] vtk + fltk (fluid)

Hi Lucas,

   vtkFLTK <http://vtkfltk.sourceforge.net/> has many examples that 
combine VTK and FLTK using fluid to build the interface. Unfortunately, 
no tutorial yet :-/
