[vtkusers] Cannot run Tcl or Python examples...

In Tcl I get error:
 
   "Cant find package vtk"
 
in Python I get error
 
   "Import error: no module named vtk"
 
I have simply installed the Vtk windows binaries, and tcl and Python, I think I have missed some step of the install process...?
 
Help would be greatly appreciated
