[vtkusers] Why vtkAbstractTransform don't use vtkCriticalSection instead of vtkSimpleCriticalSection ?

Hi,
vtkSimpleCriticalSection  is a "Critical Section object that is not a vtkObject". It is interesting when a static object is needed, like in vtkPolyData.cxx. But I don't understand why it is used in vtkAbstractTransform instead of vtkCriticalSection. Shouldn't this point be corrected ?
