[vtkusers] please help....vtkMarchingCubes

Hi All,
I am using vtkMarchingCubes to get a mesh for my binary volume. Is there any
way by which I can get the coordinates of this mesh ? I need the coordinates
as the set of landmark points for that binary volume. Then I need to
propogate these landmark points on another volume using rigid and non rigid
registration.
Is this possible ?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
