[vtkusers] vtk on windows xp and .net 7

Hi everyone

Amy, thanks very much for the help, I set
VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB to on and the warning disappeared, I have build vtk
with no errors

I do get a warning about unreachable code on ../vc7/include/xtree but
that is pretty much it.

I checked my examples directory and I can run both tcl and python
examples and I can also import vtk into python but
my Wrapping directory has some problems even though I set python and tcl
wrapping on and I get no errors building vtk
when I try to run say

vtkRenderWidget.py I get a message saying python has encountered an
error and needs to close.

any hints will be appreciated.
