[vtkusers] Reconstruction With 2D images

Hi All,
I have a question in terms of 3D reconstruction using 2d raw images I have 
50 serial rat brain section images taken by a probe and saved into raw file 
(768*576). I  rename them (image.01, image.02-----image.50). I tried to load 
these 50 images and reconstruct a 3D structure.
Can you give me any Idea.
