[vtkusers] Help Needed!!

Hi,

I am involved in a project of building a 3 Dimensional Rat Hippocampus
(Part of the brain). 
So, we have image stacks which have been segmented.
And I also compiled a C++ program to estimate all the pixel points in
each polygon. We have a requirement of embedding spheres at each pixel
point.  (The points could be millions).

I am new to VTK and visualization. Could anybody please point me in some
direction. I am lost. I will be very much grateful to you.
