[vtkusers] VolumePro1000 Compiling Problems

In ccmake, I set:

VTK_USE_VOLUMEPRO = ON
VLI_INCLUDE_PATH_FOR_VP1000 = /usr/local/VTK/Rendering/vli3/include/ (path to 
vli.h)
VLI_LIBRARY_FOR_VP1000 = /usr/local/VTK/Rendering/vli3/include/ (path to 
vli3.lib)

I did read http://vtk.org/pipermail/vtkusers/2002-October/013894.html but
this solution didn't fix the problem, only caused a different problem.  The 
output from doing this is below.
