Hi Andy,

It seems better but it's not fixed.  I opened up the main VTK
alphabetical listing and then opened 5-6 class docs in new tabs.
Usage cycled between 20%-40% even after the pages were fully loaded
for several minutes.  It used to be around 99% in this case, so it
looks like something you did helped, but I think there is an
additional problem.

If I go to the ITK alphabetical listing and repeat the same, opening
up 5-6 classes in separate tabs, usage spikes while the pages are
loading but then drops so low that firebird doesn't register in top.
