Just to let you know guys that we were successful in
making an appending mechanism which appends to a base
input instead of creating a new dataset for an output.

We were just confused with some array management
routines.

If someone is interested in the code, let me know. In
fact, it's quite easy to do it by yourself !

The tests results show a diminution of more then 55 %
of the memory used to display complex datasets.

We are still investigating other possible causes for
the excessive memory used by VTK when displaying
complex 3D models.
