[vtkusers] CVS Checkout grabs wrong folder

Background:

If I download the nightly release "vtkNightlySrc.tar.gz" or use "CVS Web
access" to access the vtk source code repository, I find all the necessary
CMake related files, "CMakeLists.txt", and I can build without errors.

However if I use WinCvs 1.2 to anonymous checkout all the VTK files, I get a
similar folder structure containing source files, and sets of ".cvsignore,
configure, configure.in, Makefile.in, and targers.make" files.

Further exploration of the "CVS Web access" site, reveals that there are in
fact TWO folders, 'VTK', which is what you initially see in the web browser,
and 'vtk', which is accessed via the 'Previous Directory' link on the web
page. It looks like the 'vtk' folder contains the files that I'm getting
via CVS checkout, regardless of whether I use 'VTK' or 'vtk' in the module
name setting of WinCvs.

I can continue to download 'nightly' releases, but I would prefer to simply
update my CVS checkouts.

So. Newbie question:

How come there are BOTH 'vtk' and 'VTK' folders, with differing contents?
(very confusing.)

Is there a way to force WinCvs to be case sensitive when specifying the
"Enter the module name and path on the server:"?

Regards,

Jim
