[vtkusers] Problems with CMake - continuation

Hi,

It should.

Clean your directory and try again, as Brad has suggested do incorporate those
changes and inform what happens.

Try to build the examples in same place as vtk is installed and see if behaves
similarly.

What are versions ? CMake, VTK, VC
