ENH: Committed patch contributed by Mathieu Malaterre.  No explicit
binding to the renderwindow is maintained: this is now always done via
the internal RWI.  There is no functional difference, except that
wxVTKRWI can now work with widgets like the vtkImageViewer2 which need
to change the RWI's RenderWindow.
